My Story
From "fun" to "funds"
As an educator, my original desire was to create fun, yet professional head wear for my "bad hair days," hand painted vintage bags to carry lesson plans and fans for my hot flashes!!! Others were so inspired by my creations that they started placing orders for my crafts.
The gratitude and awe in the wake of such wonder is woven into each crown. Each, intended to grace the vastness of expression and inspire one to envision the ease of diversity and creativity. HFBAT’s (Hats Fans Bags N Thangs) desire is to attire all with a sense of integrity, agility, resilience, and elegance, one crown at a time! Not one is duplicated!

Having worked with the Hearing Impaired population for 30years, partial funding from HFBAT's will be donated to the National Coalition on Mental Health and Deaf Individuals.

Quick dispatch! We aim to dispatch all orders
Immediately. However, some orders may take up to two weeks before being shipped.
REFUNDS:
NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE ON ANY Crowns because of sanitary reasons and the COVID-19 pandemic. NO REFUNDS will be given.
On any other items, returns will be given as a store credit towards another item. The customer is responsible for repacking and sending the product back in its original package to the return address that will be emailed to them. An authorization will be given.
Shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
BEFORE returning:
Take picture(s) or video(s) of the issue(s).
Email a copy of your receipt, along with pictures/videos.
Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We work hard to earn your trust and future business.
Please contact us no later than 14 days after you receive the package if there are any unforeseen issues.
b) We will cover the cost of shipping if, in fact, there is a manufacturing defect. You will receive a new unit or a refund of the full payment if issues cannot be resolved.

• Photo of the damaged product (and receipt) must be returned within 3 business days of your receiving it.
*For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return item(s) via USPS or insured. Please note that return shipping fees are NOT refundable and is the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned to us as 'non-deliverable' (from a wrong address), you may have your package reshipped to you, however, you are responsible for the reshipment cost.
